Description

Night Raid is a co-op stealth heist game where players take control of a gang of silly animals who get themselves into the weirdest places trying to pull off impossible heists. Our heroes see themselves as the “Oceans Eleven” but they are really more like Mr. Bean or Mr Magoo.

History

Night Raid is the result of many iteration over a fun idea "How do we make this silly bunch of animals sneak around while having fun?". The game prototype (still playable!) was about hiding in pitch black darkness and attacking your enemies. But this lacked depth and an interesting hook, then it became a brawler game! (Dark Pulsum), that had realistic animals fighting in a prison planet. But this felt too gritty and not right with what we wanted to do. The art style changed at this point and we realized that this was more of a comedic style. But still the hook wasn't quite there yet, until this night, I was playing with my son, and I saw my cat sneaking around my son to steal his chips... "THAT'S IT" lets play co-op as animals being animals sneaking around and stealing food, and thus. Night Raid was born.

Features

• CRAZY HEISTS: Players will go into each level and try to fulfill their objective, be it steal food, blow up a cake or just “act like a human doing human things”. Each heist will keep players laughing.
• MAYHEM RATING: Making a big mess around the map will net you some sweet extra points, but be careful, making a mess will bring extra attention on you
• 4 PLAYER Co-op: Play with friends to grow closer and unlock new adventures.
• ACCIDENTAL HEROES STORYLINE: The gang will go from zeroes to accidental heroes, as take on an evil corporation called Evil Corp (wink wink).
• CREATE ITEMS: Using in game resources (random drops), our gang will learn how to create new items (potato gun, an apple trap, a cups communicator).
